How to Get Your Transcripts
Kindly address a preliminary message followed by a letter to Mr. K. Panchalan, Dy. Registrar (Academic),

giving your convocation name, Roll No., Batch Particulars, address to which the transcripts to be mailed. Copy may be given to IITMAA.
Charges for Master Copies + 10 additional copies:Rs.2000/- for Alumnus residing in India [transcripts sent to Indian address]
US$ 100 - for Alumnus residing in foreign countries [transcripts sent to foreign address]

Normally it takes 4-6 weeks to get the transcripts in IIT besides mailing time. IITMAA will be glad to assist you in getting the transcripts early.
