• What he is studying and what he wants to be
  I am a Research Scholar(M.S) in Engineering design (New Branch).
• What he does
  I maintain my hostel's website, located at http://hostels.iitm.ac.in/brahmaputra.
• What he sees his Role as the Alumni Affairs Secretary to be
  As Alumni Affairs Secretary of Brahma, I intend to  get more alumni who had been a part of Brahmaputra, involved with the hostel. I My job is to keep in touch with the alumni. At the same time, I would like to motivate all the present people passing out to fill in the database so that they can be in constant contact with their alma-mater. Apart from this, I have to coordinate with various alumni afairs secretaries at the institute level.
• What his other interests are
  I really am interested in spiritual readings. Othere interests include playing badminton, cricket and swimming. I really wanted to join the indian army and as such I am a big patron of Indian Army as well.
  
• His perception of Alumni
  Needless to say, our Alumni have been a tremendous inspiration to one and all with the sucess they have achieved over the years. It is a matter of pride for any of us currently in institute. I feel we at the institute can get a lot of exposure if our alumnies share their knowledge and experience. I look forward to work in this direction where there can be a regular interaction between the current and previous students. The proposed website is great step in this direction and i would like to work with vigour in this direction as well.
• What he would like to see happen in the Alumni Association with respect to Interaction with the Students
  As stated above, i would like to increase the interaction between the students and alumni as it is not enough as of now. Apart from this we would like the alumnies to be constantly updated about the happenings in the institute and the role of respective hostels in these events.
  
• His Other Comments
  The proposed website is great step in this direction and i would like to work with vigour in this direction as well.
